Universal Tag Locator

The Universal Tag Locator [UTL] is an all encompassing tag/alarm monitoring and reporting system. With extensive search and reporting features, the Universal Tag Locator gives the user the ability to locate information about an Instrument Tag from many different data sources. It is expandable and customizable to include all of your plant’s current instrument data sources. The full Universal Tag Locator system incorporates six separate application modules. Each UTL module provides a necessary component to manage operating targets, create shift reports, capture alarm data, distribute reports, search tags based on alarm type and gives you the ability to view all collected data in one location.

E*Doc

E*Doc is an advanced document management system built for large process facilities that require the management of a large number of engineering/procedure documents. It allows in-house and remote technical support staff to access 100’s of thousands of documents and the attributes associated with these documents. Because the program is written to allow remote access it can open up rich collaboration between staff while still enforcing strict document control functions.

The E*Doc Document Management System was created in 1998 to manage Oil Refinery Engineering Documents. In the past 12 years, the system has expanded to encompass all document types and provide multiple options for how an engineering based company manages their documents. The system provides full revision control based on the check out – check in model with full revision review capabilities.
